When is AMA Licensing the right choice for my organization?

How does AMA Licensing work?
An AMA project team will work closely with you to:

- Conduct an on-site pilot observation session for a group of your employees and trainers
- Deliver a Train-the-Trainer session for your internal trainers
- Develop supporting course materials
- Provide your own trainers with everything they need to flawlessly deliver AMA content themselves
- Involve the managers of participants to get involved in the learning experience
- Ensure that transfer of learning occurs from workshop to workplace
Can AMA Licensing be customized?
AMA’s instructional designers and subject matter experts will work closely with you to create a solution that meets your specific needs. Subject areas include management skills, negotiation, business writing, team building, conflict resolution, managing emotions in the workplace, and leadership (or whatever AMA content you want). There will be an additional fee for customization. Course materials can also be co-branded with your company’s logo, for an additional fee.
